There will be a limited number of student grants available which will be given to applicants according to neediness and excellency of the submitted abstracts. The grant will be a fixed sum. The registration fee for participants includes:
Admission to all parts of the congress, final program, abstract book, daily coffee breaks and conference lunch, welcome dinner, gala dinner (optional).

The registration fee for participants does not include:
hotel, accomodation and/or travel fees.

On-site Registration
On-site registrations will be accepted as far as possible, but dealt with on a first come first served basis. On-site registrants cannot be guaranteed to receive all congress documents, nor the availability of the Gala Dinner. Please arrive early if you wish to register on-site.

Confirmation
Upon receipt of the correct registration fee, each participant will receive a confirmation of registration. Please bring this confirmation to the registration desk at the conference centre as proof of your registration.
